TV Crumbs: Changes in collective labor law seek to reduce the interference of the Judiciary

Opinion is the lawyers Otávio Pinto e Silva and Ana Amélia Mascarenhas Camargos, in an interview with TV Migalhas.

In an interview with TV Migalhas, during the event on Labor Reform in São Paulo, experts addressed the main changes in collective labor law. Both believe that the changes seek to reduce the interference of the judiciary.

Otávio Pinto e Silva, a lawyer and professor in the department of labor law and social security at USP, notes that "what is right between workers and employers should not be changed by JT."

According to the lawyer and phD professor at PUC/SP, Ana Amélia Mascarenhas Camargos, "it is not possible to eliminate the contribution once and for all".
